Each metro area includes home values well below the national median of $206,300. Marion, Indiana has a median home price of $66,750. The most inexpensive zip code of 46953 sports a median home price of $45,000
In Cumberland, Maryland the median home price is $110,000. The most inexpensive zip code of 21502 features a median home price of $94,900.
